Last updated: November 12, 2025

At Aznolt, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the terms, coverage, and procedures for warranty service. Please read it together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All Aznolt products are covered by a 1-year international limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.
  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official website (aznolt.com) or authorized partners.

2. What Is Covered

  • Internal mechanical or electrical failures resulting from normal use.
  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship identified upon normal inspection.
  • Components that fail under regular operation due to a manufacturing fault.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, discoloration, or aesthetic fading).
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to moisture, or external impact.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces, or counterfeit sources.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Contact our support team at support@aznolt.com with:
    • Your full name and order number.
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
    • A brief description of the problem and how it occurred.
  2. Our Quality Assurance team will review your claim within 2–4 business days.
  3. If your claim is approved, we will:
    • Send a replacement part or product at no cost, or
    • Provide repair or refund options depending on the situation.

5. Replacement Terms

  • Replacement units are covered for the remaining period of the original warranty or 90 days from replacement date — whichever is longer.
  • Replacements are shipped free of charge to the same country as the original purchase.

6. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
  • Claims without verifiable proof may be rejected.

7. Limitations & Liability

This limited warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser. Aznolt’s responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Aznolt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, or injury. Some states or countries do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Extended Warranty (If Offered)

From time to time, Aznolt may offer an extended warranty or protection plan. These optional coverages are governed by their own specific terms, disclosed at the time of purchase or registration.
