1. Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping from our fulfillment centers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track it anytime on our Order Tracking Portal.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been processed, please contact support@aznolt.com immediately. Once a shipping label is generated, address changes are no longer possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. See details in our Return & Refund Policy.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

3. Warranty & Product Quality

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Aznolt products are covered by a 1-year international warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. Read more in our Warranty Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll assist you immediately under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all processed securely via encrypted gateways. Details: Payment Policy.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant processors to protect your financial information. We never store full credit-card data on our servers.

How do you handle my personal data?

Can I request my data to be deleted?
