📦 Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Free Economy Shipping is available on all orders, no minimum required.
If you’d like to receive your order faster, we also offer:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
⏱️ What is the order processing time?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after placement. Processing times may extend slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
🚚 What is the shipping time?
Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Free Economy Shipping: 8–12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or local carrier delays.
🎯 Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking information is usually available within 3–4 business days after dispatch.

🔍 Where is my order?
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Once shipped, use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment’s progress. Tracking updates depend on your local courier and postal service.

We work with reliable shipping partners such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other regional carriers. The courier is selected based on your location to help ensure the fastest and safest delivery possible.
↩️ Can I return my product?
Yes. If the Aznolt® Muscle Trainer does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued after inspection.
- Return shipping costs are not included.
